Detailed description

The apartments Silvano S1 and S2 are located in the holiday house Silvano.
Each of them is about 56m² and has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with a single bed.
Suitable for 2-3 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 children. 30m² large terrace with pergola. From here you have a view of the sea.

The apartment CA1, with about 40m² living space, is located on the lower floor of the holiday house Casa Amarilla.
It has two bedrooms - one of them with a french bed and the other bedroom with a single bed.
Suitable for 2 - 3 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 children. A second bed or baby bed possible.
From the terrace of the holiday home it is only a few steps to the pool.
The apartment has one double bedroom and one single bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchenette and a bathroom.
The apartment is suitable for 2 - 3 adults or for 2 adults with up to 2 children. A second bed for a child or a baby cot is possible.
From each of these apartments you have a beautiful view to the Atlantic Ocean.

Location:
The "Finca Tropical" is located on the west side of the island La Palma. The area between Puerto de Naos and Puerto de Tazacorte is one of the sunniest on the island. Especially Tazacorte has the most pleasant climate zone: in winter the fewest rainy days, in summer the Atlantic wind moderates the possibly too hot sunny days. The Finca is located directly on the steep coast, about 70m above the beach Playa Nueva. From every point of the terraced property you have a wonderful view on the plain, the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
Property:
The Finca is a former banana plantation. Today the old, original variety is grown again in addition to other tropical fruits and vegetables. As far as possible, organic cultivation is being attempted here. The fruits are gladly passed on to guests. The apartments, studios and bungalows are spread over the approx. 10,000 sqm large property. A large pool with sunbathing and play areas and a separate paddling pool for children is easily accessible from all accommodations. Surrounded by maracujas, tree strelizias and banana trees there is a cosy garden house with reading corner and satellite TV. The variety of plants in the tropical garden is unique on the island.
Surroundings:
In this agricultural area absolute peace is guaranteed. Within 15-20 minutes walking distance you can reach two good restaurants, local bars, mini supermarket and the bus stop. By car you can reach different beaches and bigger villages like Los Llanos, Tazacorte and Puerto Naos in 10-15 minutes.
