A beautiful La Palma Finca with heatable pool.

The Finca El Cipres is situated at an altitude of about 550m above sea level, close to Las Manchas. The holiday home La Palma, on the Finca el Cipres is already something special. You will notice that at the latest when you live there. The name of the Finca was created by the large cypress (span.: El Cipres) standing in the garden. This provides for the first positive impression. But there are also lemon-oranges and avocado trees on the property. You are welcome to help yourself to the fruits growing there at any time.
From the Finca you have a wonderful sea view. The terrain is terraced. Children can play safely on the property. Of course you have to keep an eye on your children, like everywhere else. There is also a parking lot for your rental car on the property.

In the holiday home you can rent a second apartment (a studio). The studio will not be rented if other guests have already booked the main apartment downstairs.
The studio is therefore ideal for spending a holiday with friends or relatives.

The actual part of the holiday home is on the ground floor. From two old pajeros, with approx. 70 cm thick walls, a holiday home has been created which has been renovated over the years. Here is the living room and the larger of the two bedrooms with a double bed. In the newly built middle part of the house you will find the entrance area, from which you can reach the dining room. Here are five seats available. Adjacent to this is a very well equipped kitchen. A ceramic stove top with oven, a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and other appliances can be found here. From the kitchen you can reach all other rooms. So also the bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. A large marble washbasin rounds off the ambience of the bathroom perfectly. The second bedroom can also be reached from the kitchen.
The winter garden is attached to the house. You reach it from the living room or also from the second bedroom. The winter garden has all year round pleasant warmth, so also on the sometimes occurring days with cooler temperatures. Your holiday home is equipped with central heating, but there is also a fireplace for cosy evenings by the fire.

Since the house was built with walls about 70 cm thick, the whole house is always cooled quite pleasantly in the warm to hot summer months. Shower the many plants on the property, you will always find a shady cool place in the summer months.

The apartment on the upper floor can be reached directly from the parking lot. A staircase with a few steps leads to the apartment.
When you enter the approx. 40 sqm large apartment (studio), you will see a room divider with a height of approx. 1.20 metres, which separates the sleeping part from the living part.
The double bed in the sleeping part has a width of approx. 1.50 m. There is also a wardrobe, where you can store your clothes.

From this studio you can reach the roof by stairs. Here you will find a roof terrace of approx. 40 sqm, which offers you a
incredibly beautiful panorama.

A heatable pool generally ensures that you can almost always enjoy untroubled bathing fun. Nevertheless, it may not necessarily be possible to achieve a pleasant bathing temperature, which varies from person to person.

From your Finca you drive approx. 10 to 15 minutes with your rental car to reach the beaches of Puerto Naos, Charco Verde or Playa Zamora.
In Puerto Naos you have the advantage that you can find some restaurants and boutiques on the beach, so you can experience the Palmerian beach life with gastronomy. Also
there are also showers on the beach.
But also the small villages like Los Llanos, Todoque, Tazacorte or also Puerto de Tazacorte can be reached in a few minutes with your rental car.
You want to go hiking? No problem. From Los Llanos you can quickly reach the Caldera de Taburiente. From El Paso you can hike the Cumbrecita.
As you can see: From Finca El Cipres, you can experience everything quite easily.
